IMO if you dont purchase true landrace strains then your asking for variations were inundated with hybrids these days. I'm running gelat.og now and fingers of leavrs were wide fat and close perfect example of true indica now were 15 days in flower today there all sativa skinny long leaves a perfect example of sativa oh yes and 1 is 39 odd inch wide bushy and other is 47 inches skinny and sativa like structure you wouldn't get any of that with for instance a landrace like Durban poison these hybrids are literally unpredictable.
