there are a lot of actual weeds that look an awful lot like pot, tough to tell, see if it buds up for ya

well the leafs on that cleome plant aren't jagged around the edges like this is. I'm almost 100% sure its pot. I'm thinking about taking it to my apartment but I think my mom would notice if it was missing. I told her that i dont think its pot just so that she wouldn't take it out haha. Hopefully it starts budding. My brothers said they didnt plant it, so i'm thinking one of our friends probably did it as a joke.
I almost asked how nobody noticed it, as long as it's been growing, but who pays attention to the plants on the back deck?
