    Can y'all help me I'm not sure if this is a plant r not and there is also lots of little ones that are showing up from some seeds I threw out there I can take more pics also

    Yes that is a cannabis plant. It looks to be some high grade OG Kush strain. Smoke the plant and give us a strain review.
