sorry but yea it looks like it. If it aint got no white hairy pistils den its males. Males have pods full of pollen like yours.
What I do with my leaves is make a 'herbal smoke', i dont care if it doesnt get me high, but when you're dry, it sure does make you feel good to pick one up and just smoke it
Make home made beer with it, its great. or soak all the leaves in vodka and a little triple sec, leave for a month and then filter. They are both good.
