Is this a hermaphrodite?

    This plants been in veg for about 10 weeks showed signs of sexual maturity about 5 weeks ago.
    Over the last week it has developed these bubble shaped lumps. anyone know what this is?

    Does that look anything like a male flower? NO...no it does not. That is just the internodal junction.
