Is this a hemp plant?

    Just a quick question of some old "plants" that I found. Are they marijuana plants? If so, by the look of them, are they dead?

    i have no clue to what in the world that may be man it does not have leaves, but what ever it is yes its dead i would say

    It's not marijuana, it is a type of weed although the name of it eludes me right now. Perhaps Spikeweed :p

    The plants are definately dead, so you;d have to imagine it with leaves and green. Spring just popped up after 6 months of winter. So was hoping that it's just shriveled up from last year.

    thats is a very strange looking plant... but i think i may have seen one before here in jersey... not weed.
