    I've only been smoking good quality bud for a while, so would $90 weighed out in front of me be A good price for a 1/4? I live in western Pennsylvania if that helps

    A little h igh.  $80 is the ABSOLUTE highest I go for a 1/4 of really dank shit.
     
    $90 sounds like maybe it is a middle man of a middle man, he is getting it for $80, and making $10 off you.

    I know he gets his herb from the guy who imports it from Philly, he wont go any lower than $90 and has tried to charge $100. But on the bright side, it always weighs to what I want which very few people where I live can say... wise up and buy a scale lol

    Not that bad if it's dank bud, pretty steep for me though (200 an ounce - 50$ quarters)
    Ask him how much a half is and go halfs in a half ounce with a friend, there's usually a good price drop from quarter to half.

    He has said 1/4 $90-$100 and 1/2 around $175. He's reliable but stingy as hell with weed even though he gets fronted.
