Is this a decent price?

Thanks for the reccomendation, but I have to watch power consumption also. I was considering 400W though so I'll definitely check that place out. Hopefully they have decent rates for shipping to Canada. I e-mailed one online shop and they were going to charge me 96$ to ship to Canada. Yikes! Edit: Oh wait, that is the store that was charging 100$ shipping! The reason it's so high is they ship only overnight DHL to Canada.
Yeah I know. Initially when I filled out my address and checked the shipping cost it came out to 23$ or something around that. But I e-mailed him and he says the site is only configured to give the shipping cost to the US. Strange, but whatever. Maybe he just doesn't want to go through the hassle of shipping across the border.
