    I have never smoked before. I am planning on starting, and I know what I need. For 20 US dollars on amazon, I can get 3 packs of rolling papers, 200 filter tips, a grinder, and a rolling machine. Should I buy this from amazon? I just realized that this website sells stuff, I might look at that. I could get a scale for $6, too. My friend knows a dealer, and I want to buy 1/4 ounces of weed... Would that be a good idea, and how much should that cost? Thanks, this is my first time, and I just want to make sure I am prepared I guess. Also, in your personal experience, will dealers be able to sell you things like rolling papers? Thanks.
