is this a good bloom solution?

  1. someone gave me this stuff and i just want to make sure its the right thing to use.
its called "canabloom" (professional hydroponic nutrients).

there are 2 jugs and they say....
1.Mix 4ml of Canabloom A per litre of water
2.Mix 4ml of Canabloom B per litre of water
3.adjust ph level to an optimum level of 5.8

    Target E.C. 1800
    P.P.M. 1200
    Target PH 5.8

    "Bloom A"
    Analysis
    Ca...30.58g/l
    N-N03...15.73g/l
    K...0
    Fe...946mg/l
    Mn...275mg/l
    Zn...63.8mg/l
    B...206mg/l
    Mo...3.01mg/l
    Mg...18242mg/l

*Bloom B is identicle, except for the colour *

i dont get it...so basicaly do i just mix Bloom A and Bloom B together with water? or separately?
and do these nutrients adjust the ph to 5.8 or do i have to do that myself before adding?

i also picked up some 0-39-27 is that a problem that there is no "N"?

  2. ...anyone?

  3. Come on yinyang, do you seriously think any of us have the inclination to minutely study your list of ingredients - life is too short.

    Work it out for yourself.

  4. Are you growing hydro?

If not then don't target 5.8 pH, you want it up closer to 6.5 for soil. I'm not sure what to do with the A and B formulas, if it doesn't have any instructions about how to mix or apply then it's a mystery.

As for the other bloom fert having zero N, that could be OK -- plants actually need nitrogen during flowering, but it leads to a harsh smoke so we try not to let the plant build up N during flower and in fact try to find a fine line between having the plant deplete itself and yet still remain healthy. That is why bloom ferts have lower N and also why we flush and stop feeding a couple of weeks before harvest. So...this fert could be OK during bloom IF your plant is loaded up with enough N from the start to carry it through flower. I might suggest blending half of this bloom fert with half of your veg fert for the first three weeks or so of flowering to keep adding some N.

  5. THANK YOU for your time and advice.
much more helpful than what some others have to say.

  6. only way to find out is try it. i doubt its a bad one tho.
