    He's right tho.

Get a candy thermometer, a medium/large pot, a mason jar big enough to hold all your herb and liquor, and a fine mesh coffee strainer.

Pour the herb into the jar and cover it +a few cm with alcohol [preferably everclear or 151]

Start heating up a few cups of water on the stove. You should do this on an ELECTRIC stove, as alcohol and fire can be dangerous.

After about 10 minutes, put the jar in the water. Make sure the jar has a good amount of water around it.

Put the thermometer inside the mason jar. Measure the heat until the thermometer reads 170F and keep it around that number by adjusting the heat [removing from the burner if it gets too hot]. Maintain 170F for about 20 minutes.

Wait 20 mins for it to cool again, then strain with the stainer, and vuela.
