So like 5 months ago or something i made what may have been one of the best investments i have made yet. I bought a 26 inch "Pure" bong with double coil diffusers and a semi diffused female down stem, and an unbreakable glass slider. I know because i have dropped that slider from pretty high before and it just bounced. And it is full glass. But the bong has a super fat beaker bottom chamber which is only like a quarter of the bong but its huge. The only thing that sucks is that the bong is all frosted all over the chamber and above the two spiral diffusers. They have 7 holes on the bottom of the spiral and one one the end super nice diffusion. I want to find a way to remove the frost so i can see how much the bong really milked because it stays in the bottom for a while and the starts miliking up. I just want to remove it and make the glass clear because its only on the out side. Does any know any way to do this?
To my knowledge the frost effect is done by etching it into the glass itself. Im fairly sure this cannot be removed! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frosted_glass
is it frost or mineral deposits from water? if it's frosted onto the glass i wouldn't risk trying to take that off there, might screw up the bong.
Yes, its probably glass frost, and dont try removing it. Its not a fucking tattoo. Just think about your purchase more next time. Get something more simple!

Yeah i think its sand blasted on its not dirty it looks just like how all bongs have the name sand blasted on the front but all over except the diffusers. I got it for 90 dollars off my friend and it was like new really clean and perfect shape. Its sticker price is 300 in venice. Its a nice bong it just has alot of drag goin through the diffusers.

Yea the drag is because of the percs, the water levels, the design quality, or the height of the tube. Next time get something simple, no more then one perc in the tube, no taller then 18", and at least 5mm thick. There is no way to actually remove the frosted effect
Yea man no problem, hope it works out. I totally know where you're coming from too, half the fun of ripping a bong is watching it milk up. Of course the other half is taking that milk to the dome, and then doing it all over again
yeah it sucks to hit it if all the of the milk stays at the bottom and you cant see it at all i love watching it all cause that shit milks fat as fuck so ima try that trick and try again and again till i cant see straight haha
My local headshop just got some pure bongs in, and i noticed the sand blasted/etching over 90% of them. I wish my headshop had more to choose from they have PURE, ROOR, and a local artists bongs which are mainly pink swirly colors
