  1. Is there a certain Humidity i should shoot for in curing? I'm in almost 2 weeks i have been burping twice a day this week. They seem real close i also have hygrometers in all the jars. The hygrometer's all read around %54 at his moment. i don' want to over dry it because of the cure. I live in a humid state if that matters, i don't have to worry about the Colorado Crunch. LOL I know some say that is should be dry on the outside and a little moist on the interior but for a beginner that is hard to judge as it it so subjective.

    Thanks

  2. Humidity meters are notoriously inaccurate. Try not to go below 55% or the cure stops. No longer needing to burp after 2 weeks.

I'm not qualified to give you advice but these are my opinions.

  3. Same as Ed. 62% Boveda packs and 1/2 gallon mason jars. Still using the same brick of packs I bought years ago.

  4. ive tried the 58% packs ,to dry ,the 62% is what i use,i even use them on my dry goods we can, powdered milk, noodles ,rice they have several uses ,so the money you spend will pay for itself

  5. To the contrary, I have both tried the 62% and 55% integra boost packs and I like the 55 better because the weed is not wet feeling. When you squish the weed in the 62% it’s like a moist sponge. Doesn’t matter what type of weed. Dispo or home grown

  6. 8 gram 62% Boveda has worked very well with my cures.

  7. Mine have been in jars for 3 weeks and are between 59-62 %RH. Were right at 65 when they went in. Coming along very nicely. I've got the boveda's, just have never really needed them yet.

  8. Question on the Boveda's, if using them do you still burp the jars, or does the boveda pack remove the need to burp?

  9. You still need to burp for the first week or two.

I would recommend not putting the bovedas in until you have to. Best to start the cure without them in my opinion. They're useful for long-term storage.

  10. This

  11. I cut my plants and hang them. Once i reach about the 2 week mark of hanging in 60F and 65%RH I begin the debud and trimming process. Once trimmed they go in a 21 liter cvault with a 320 gram 62% boveda pack. The only time it gets burped is if I go in for a sample lol.

  12. What type of space is 60° and 65% humidity?

Is it a shed with an air conditioner or a room with a mini split I mean where do you get that type of an environment? I'm not trying to be difficult, I am genuinely curious.

  13. So I converted my whole basement over, each room is setup with controllers, and I do have mini-splits and dehumidifier in each room.
