That happens.....IMO, it should be okay. Let it get some more growth before you start to worry. As long as the new, emerging growth is healthy and green the plant should be fine. Cheers, Chunk
You should put it under normal colored light, it's hard to tell if it's really yellow or that light is making it look that way.

you should like chunk's posts and learn as much as possible from chunk. if you take your notes, you will probably be growin the meanest, greenest plants around in no time. Take it or leave it, that's what I did. http://forum.grasscity.com/organic-growing
Old leaf looks.. weird. New growth looks pretty good though, I'd continue as is and see if newer leaves develop the same problem. It might already be fixed. If not, you'll have more information later on once you see a pattern forming.
First set of leaves (cotyledons) usually die off early if the soil is a little warm, but it barely affects anything. If the next set of leaves begin to yellow/brown at the tips your soil is too hot. I recommend checking the ph level to be safe. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Other than that, it looks pretty healthy. As Chunk said, as long as there is new healthy green growth then you should be fine. Good luck
