is the dead hour thread broke

No it's not. Clear your cache (hard refresh) on the thread by hitting Ctrl+Shift+R.

 

What am I missing? Did I somehow get locked out? There's no other threads in here about other people with this problem, so is it just me or did something just now happen? Help!!! I miss my buddies. I haven't been in there in a couple days because I've been swamped with homework and I've been really looking forward to saying high to Skunky and Royk and the gang, but it won't open.

 

Just cleared my cache to see if that'd help and now it's totally gone from the stickies. Did it get closed? What happened? Why isn't there anything in the feedback section? I've only been gone like a day I think. lol I feel like the conversation couldn't be over yet if it ended up being closed....

the op of dead hours made great points though because that thread recently turned into a thread constantly about sex and unmentionables. where as a month or so earlier it was convos about anything and everything , real conversations. not just a bunch of flirting n shit

 

Wait they haven't decided to delete it forever already have they? I thought it was just under review. I feel bad that I haven't been in there as much lately now.

Why don't they just make a rule that there's no weird sexy talk on GC and there's already a rule about unmentionables, so they just need to enforce it. I think a better solution than dumping the thread could be moderating the individual users and give offenders infractions and bans when they break the rules. Then people will stop doing it and the convos will get deeper again.

 

couldnt agree more. everytime i went in the thread it felt like a giant sausage fest trying to impress ls.

hopefully everything gets figured out and it comes back, or roykk can make a legit new one.
