Is smoking weed after brushing your teeth bad for them?

  1. Normally I smoke weed every night before I go to sleep using my vape pen. I usually brush my teeth before smoking because I most likely fall asleep before I can get to brushing them when I'm high lol.
Basically my question is is it bad for your teeth to smoke weed after you brush them? Does it cause cavities or make the fact that you brushed your teeth useless?

  2. I do this all the time haha. The fact that it's a vape pen is a lot better than taking a bong rip Haha but it won't leave old pieces of food in between your teeth so it's not too bad. I'm sure it's better to brush them after, as far as whiteness goes, but I doubt it would cause cavities

  3. I believe cannabis is actually bad for your teeth. maybe because we make more saliva?? (i have no idea if we do or not) But New Zealand did a study and cannabis smokers did have more teeth decay and gum disease than non smokers.

  4. I haven't been too a dentist in 20 + years. Have all my teeth and no noticeable cavities. Still have a ( baby) tooth that never fell out. Didn't have one behind it to push it out. And all my wisdom teeth too. Smoke 3-5 times a day for 25 years.

  5. I'd say that's because stoners are lazy lol.

  6. More saliva is better for teeth I think. But wouldn't it be the other way around? Because smoking gives you cotton mouth
