I don't live there, but when I'm there I usually just get baked and walk around Pike Market/the waterfront. Pioneer Square is pretty wicked with the Jazz Clubs and less known shit to do. If you have some time to kill there's a badass place to go Kayaking down on Boat St. If you're an active smoker, it's pretty bitching to go kayaking through the arboretum.
Not from Seattle but live like 25 mins away. Been there countless times. I honestly didnt kno there was a coffe shop that you could smoke bud in. But if there is, thats whatsup cuz that would be awsome as hell for ppl who love there coffe and green. You can really smoke anywhere in seattle though without much risk though.
