Is running uphill bad for your heart?

  1. Holy shit, today was the first time I ran since going on t-break 4 days ago.

    I went 10 minutes, had shortness of breath and heart pain, and then I nearly fell off of the treadmill. What a shame. I'll try running again when I'm completely detoxed. I had to crawl home essentially, and couldn't breathe... OH WELL.
  2. I don't think so running up hill will be bad for heart, it may be like that you need to put more energy in running up hill otherwise running is a good cardiovascular exercise. It may effect your joints so you can do it on the alternate days. Like on day you can on a planeground then on hte another day on inclined or declined ground and keep rotating.
