  1. It has the following:
    Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss
    (75-85 % / vol.)
    Dolomitic & Calcitic Limestone
    (pH adjuster)
    Endomycorrhize (Mycorise® Pro)
    Macronutrients
    [IMG]
    Perlite - horticultural grade
    [IMG]
    Micronutrients
    [IMG]
    Vermiculite
    [IMG]
    Wetting Agent

So does the micro/macro nutrients make it non- organic? because it love pro-mix but i want to go organic this year.

  2. And no one replies, c'mon guys, it getting close to transplant time and I'm already using organic soil for my started cups, so is promix bx organic or no?

  3. there is NO nutrient values in the Promix.......but the contents are organic i believe....

most people add worm casting, bat guano, compost, seaweed extract, perlite and/or vermiculite to provide the nutrients and soil consistency.....

  4. Well this already comes with perlite and vermiculite, i have worm castings and compost as well.

  5. Unless the nut's are synthetic it would be organic. Google It.

  6. ya i realize it has verm and perlite in it but some peolple add more to hold more or less water in the soil...

perlite holds air.................good for wet places.
vermiculite hold water......good for hot places

  7. My climate is a mix of both wet/hot climate, Its god damn new england.
