i walk outside everymorning smoking a pipe.

 

I think it was made legal at one point then due to trade issues they re illegalized it but still kept it decriminalized. So basically it is legal, but technically its not.

 

much of BC falls under federal jurisdiction of RCMP and they suck at policing such large rugged areas, so its poorly enforced. The ocassional marijuana farm is busted, but thats about it.

 

Man if only canada wasnt so cold, i'd be there
