is organic, blood, bone and worm c's too strong for seedlings?

    Just like the title says, its a low mixture of bone and blood meal, organic soil, 30% worm casings, perlite. Is the bone and blood meal to strong for seedlings to start off in? and if so when can you introduce the young plant to the mix?

    the one that is higher in N can & will burn seedlings (i forgot which one), the other higher in P would probably be fine, but it would be best to put the plants in this soil no earlier than 3 weeks from sprout
