  1. Getting slow growth and little tips
Of leafs are burnt already. Never seen this
Gorilla candy is the strain. New to me.
Maybe I should have stuck with happy frog but I wanted to cut cost on feeding the first month or two. Lol

not to worried just upset cheese and white widow are booming. Two gorilla candies are slowly starting. Also took 8 days to germinate in paper towels between plates. Kept moist of course and on my cable box. Anyway just thought I’d start a thread and see what you guys have experienced.
    pics attached :
Cheese is larger one. Planted ,3 days apart. But it looks a lot more than three days growth if ya know what I mean. Gorilla candy is other lackee other one is even more under developed. Ughh

they look just fine, keep your intake water at 6.5 ph and ppm at 250 , to answer your question on ocean being to hot, nope

  5. Ya its hot for seedlings. You can either cut it with extra perlite or just let the girls adjust to the new home and they'll be fine...just don't do the rookie move and compound it by overwatering or providing bottled nutes...hehe..

You can speed up your germination process by using a drop or two of 1% hydrogen peroxide in your paper towel.

  6. Indeed a few growers here use 100% FFOF, but very few succeed, far better is to cut with 30% perlite add even more if you intend to feed your own nutes later.
Many growers use the perlite to dilute the hot effects use no nutes at all, through out the whole grow, at grows end they add half a bag to top up for the next grow
note: I've heard recent that FFOF packed in the west, is much lighter than the stuff packed in the east of the country, not sure if this is true

  7. Cut your fresh out of the bag FFOF with some used soil if you find it hot. I've used it for everything in veg for 10 years and not had any issues.
