Is my set up efficient?

    This is my first grow would like some feedback on my setup. I am using 2 40 watt lamps with 2 90 watt LED bulbs I made a little grow box using tinfoil to direct the light to the plant I have a white widow x big bud autoflower I'm just wondering is this enough light?     its enough light to start them off on the right foot. but i would place the lights directly over the plant. how tall is the grow box?
