If you're really serious... then no, that's not cannabis. My assumption, is you attempted germinating a seed, and coincidentally a different sprout happened to be within the medium and germinated at roughly the same time you were expecting your seedling to come up. It's probably from a kind of birdseed or grass, something of that sort... I see similar looking 'grass' every now and then in brand new bags of soil/coco etc., and sometimes in pots of medium I've set outside to flush in the rain water.
im seirious. it was seeds from a bag of shitty mids. im gonna go at it again with seeds from some kush i had if i can pick them apart from the mids seeds
Chuck it, and start over, it certainly didn't come from you mid seeds unless someone chucked something weird and non-canna in there, meaning if your seeds were real, they didn't germinate. This is something you'll have to work on, you may want to practice germination in a damp folded paper towel, covered with plastic wrap in a dish. Any successful seeds that pop, can be placed in your medium about 1/5" inch below the surface, under a good light source. Make sure you're using good, clean medium, store-bought is best. If you're getting it from outside then you need to bake it or boil it first. This will kill off mold, parasites, insects, and (unless they are those species that require heat) any stray seeds you may have inadvertently collected as well
