This plant is about 2-3 weeks old now & she has little parts of her leaves missing. It almost looks like an insect bite but I know it's not. Do you guys have any idea? Thanks

Thanks man, I was thinking it needs some phosphorus because the leaves are starting to get a hint of purple in them.
