So this is my first grow . Day 21 from germination and I have 2 questions. 1- is it unusually small? Seeing other plants at three weeks they seem to have larger, healthier looking Leaves. 2- is it a problem that some of the leaves look like only half has grow or they are a bit deformed ? I'm growing in Canna Terra soil, there's some perlite in it but not loads and I havnt added extra (will do next grow). I don't have pH down yet (ordered some tonight) but I have a pH tester and it's always at 7-7.1. I recently had a small problem with a bit of mold due to compact soil, little air movement and too humid . I have since drilled extra drainage holes and placed a fan in the tent (not pointing straight at the plant) and aimed the fresh air ventilation towards the soil to try and air out the soil. I have read up lots on watering and am almost sure I'm not over or underwatering. Using cal mag and fish mix (the dosage on the label). Is the plant using energy on roots and it's going to grow soon? Is it just a skimpy plant? Do the leaves look healthy? And advice anyone has is appreciated Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
It should be a bit bigger. What are you using for lights? Diagnose Sick Cannabis Plants | Marijuana Nutrient Problems & Symptoms by Picture | Grow Weed Easy
A 125 W CFL . Until yesterday I had it too close so moved it further away so it hopefully stretches a bit Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
The soil looks dry because it's going to be watered tommorow morning Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
Well, it doesn't look like it's dying, but it looks kind of pale and the soil looks dry. Autos should be planted in their "forever" pot. They don't like being transplanted and that pot looks small. What size is it?
As I said, the soil is dry as it's going to be watered soon, it's meant to get nice and dry before you water again no? Also yeh I now know they shouldn't be transplanted, I started off in a solo cup and transplanted to this pot about 5 days ago. You can't see properly in the first pic, here's a different angle. Considering it's sitting on a shoe box, u get an idea of the size. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
That's not much soil to grow in, and you've already transplanted an auto once.... maybe more light will help.
