It has white hairs though on the fan leaves as you can see in the corner. i thought only females get those?
females can be identified by the pistils growing out of the calyx at leaf internodes. sorry, but that plant has balls
Ignore the hairs on the fan leaves, you want to look for white hairs comming out of a little pistil that will be found at the internodes not on the leaves.

Nope. If a plant is vegged long enough it will become mature enough to show sex. 2-3 months of veg and it should show by then if using regular seeds.
