today when i picked up my phone i noticed at the dial tone there were these weird "clicking sounds" and i hear some static. this is a land line btw. i can't really see a reason for tapping, im only a buyer. i remember talking about selling to my friends a few times on the phone. but ive only done it like twice. am i just being paranoid or do the clicking and static mean something. i hear thats what happens when your line is tapped. but then again why would police leave signs that you are being tapped?
