Is my carbon filter toast?

  1. I have read that if rh gets above 60%, the carbon filter will get saturated and be rendered useless. I am just in my first week but my humidity got up to about 65%. Luckily, the plants are new and not anywhere close to smelling. Will I need to replace the filter, or what? Thanks in advance!

  2. no just put it somewhere dry for a day or two. That just means it won't work while those conditions are present.

  3. Thanks Nissty, thats what I was hoping to hear!

  4. Ive never heard that it will cause the filter to function improperly i have heard though that high humidity reduces the life of a filter quite a bit.
