If any one ensnare another, putting a ban upon him, but he can not prove it, then he that ensnared him shall be put to death.
What qualifies as 'justified' differs from person to person, and even within indivuduals, it depends completely upon current circumstance. For instance, if a person were to say that killing in self-defense was not justified, they would invariably kill of their own life were put into danger.
Or for practice. The zombie apocalypse is bound to happen sooner or later, might as well get used to wielding a chainsaw.
War? No, but its gonna happen. Self defense? No one should initiate it in the first place, but no one would convict a person in this situation Revenge? Understandable, not justified Is murder ever justified? Not in anyway, but we are animals. Animals kill other animals. Its the natural order of things. We take it way to far. Wild animals kill for survival. We sometimes kill for fun. Kinda makes you wonder who the real wild animals are.
i remember my mom and dad debating on the death penalty when we were in the UK...a parent was on tv asking why she had to pay taxes to imprison and look after the person who raped and murdered her little daughter.... i agree with her....
If a person gets a life sentence, why not just put him to death? And it shouldnt cost no more than a single bullet
aw mushroom, that is one raging debate isnt it.....no doubt..or even harvest their organs for the better units of the population maybe?..
