is march too late to plant weed

Discussion in 'First Time Marijuana Growers' started by Frostbite6969, Mar 10, 2019.

  1. Currently in California you can grow up to six cannabis plant. I currently have plant at 4 nods of height. I need to replant in my garden, to expand it. I was wondering if anyone knew if march was too late in the year to grow weed from seed outdoor. Without resorting to a auto flower variety.

  2. March is too early. Late April to early May is a good time to start your outdoor. I’m popping seeds right now to start indoor and will be tossing them outside in May.

  3. If you only have outside to grow and you want to start early keeping them in veg is easy by adding an hour of 14watt cfl for an hour mid dark period, you also get the first month free.

  4. Whatever you want to accomplish you can here in Cali,we have an almost non existent frost which is really the only limitation you can not control.

Planting seeds can be done and is best done early in the year here in Cali indoors using cfl/led because of warmer temps and mild seedling lighting.

Did you mean to say “too early”?
Do you want grow outdoors and keep the plants in veg OR just flower right away?
I’m confused because you mentioned “Autos”.
