It's not about what other people think. I don't skip the crying and sobbing so people know I'm a man, I skip it because that is not what a man does. Crying is for the women to let the men know that something is wrong, and it's the man's job to solve the problem. Unless an immediate family member, or someone with such a status just died, you have no real reason to shed a tear, and if you do, I believe you were impropely prepared for life, or at least how to deal with it's problems. I will admit, though, that when my big boy Zeus passes, I'm gonna let one fall.
Crying helps relieve alot of stress and makes me feel better. I never cry though, if you see my crying something is very, VERY wrong.
Everybody will cry at some point in their lives, if you say you dont youre probably lying. Ill cry when im going through a tough time, or when family passes away.
If you don't cry when someone close to you passes away, you aren't a man. You're a zombie and need to seek help.
