Is it too late?

  1. I have a bunch of seeds- a friend told me they were blueberry, but I seriously doubt that- that I'd like to start this season. Unfortunately, I've been preoccupied up until this weekend, and haven't been able to start growing them yet.

Would now(June 5th) be too late to start growing? Would I be able to harvest the plants before first frost in the Fall?

    I live in Canada(Barrie, Ont)

  2. This would be a good question for the Outdoor Growing Forum :)

  3. Oops thought it said cali not canada, no clue about canada. Like the other guys said try the outdoor forum.

  4. I was going to, but I thought this was more of a nooby question than anything lol.

    Thanks guys.

  5. depends on your location really... up north the grow period is smaller so you would be growing small plants and having to deal with frost issues...

The later you start the smaller your yield will be. Now only 16 days to the solstice - flowering starts about a month after that. A point comes when you are better keeping your (expensive?) seeds until next year. Your choice really. If you are using bagseed that cost zilch you might as well try any time.

  7. Okay, thanks. I got the seeds for free, so I'll just try it.

  8. just mix some good soil and you should be fine.

  9. Why not? Good luck.
