Is it to late to plant outside?

    well i cant grow inside because my mom doesnt want plants in the house. i have alot of seeds sitting in my box so i figured i might as well try to grow. do you think its too late to plant outside?

    wait and plan an outdoor grow. research research research. read all the stickys here and just look up as much shit as you can
