What are your ambient temps? A good grow box should be about 5-10 degrees above ambient. Are you running your lights at night to help with temps? I'd focus all the fans on the exhaust and have passive intakes. Maybe have one extra fan blowing across the light toward the exhaust hole(s). If that doesn't cut it, maybe go with a larger exhaust fan.

Yep the only way is you got to sit in your room all day and constantly blow on your plants . Just kidding. In all seriousness though your options are, invest in an outake fan and put it near the top of the room to expell the hot air. Or you impliment CO2 into your room.
