Hello going for a 1st ourtdoor and is wondering if its time yet. I live by the South Dakota,Nebraska,Iowa,an Minnesota Region. And where im at the grass is growing green and other plants are sprouting.It is about 45-65 degrees and can still get chilly at night.Some 1 i no is growing (so he says) and he said they already sprouted but I dont see how when its these temps.
