is it safe to run a ruck fan 24/7?

    hello there all,

    i am concerned about running my fan 24/7, is this safe? should i turn it off for 2 hours a day just for safety? would that make my carbon filter pointless if i did that?

    Don't know what a ruck fan is, but in general a fan can run 24/7 no problem.

    i mean a squirrel cage fan, will that be safe?

    Should be no problem, as long as it is wired up correctly, temps aren't crazy, and the airflow to or from the fan isn't hindered.

    what do you mean wired specially? do i have to do anything with it? couldnt i just plug it in straight out of the box?

    yeh be fine leaving it on bud.

    ps,im from the uk so just a quick q; ruck fan is basically a rvk yes/no?(outake fan in the uk)

    if yes then leave it on as plants like a stable enviroment;)

    I didn't say it takes special wiring, just that the wiring has to be done correctly (probably pretty obvious condition related to anything electronic).

    If it has a plug then sure, just plug it in.

    i got the rk 125 m8 and it's on all the time'noisey buggers tho..specialy at 3 in the morning lol.
