So I was walking around in the city the other week and I see this black guy with dreads just sitting on a bench by himself. As I passed behind him he made eye contact with me over his shoulder and I just got that hunch he was a dealer. That hunch has never failed me so far btw and has always gotten me some dank sacks. Anyways..I didn't get around to asking him for weed because I was unsure if it would be rude to just walk up to him and ask like "hey you got anything?", simply based on the fact that he looks like your typical drug dealer? Do I have to do a whole fake small talk thing first or can I just ask someone straight up? Shits confusing. There should be like an official super discrete hand sign or something that dealers and buyers know about worldwide.. Keep in mind, I just moved to this town, and street sales don't seem very common. And I'm in Norway where weed culture isn't as liberal as it is in the states..
Just walk by and be like "where's the fire?" if he says something see what's up, if not, keep walking.
Haha that is one of the reasons why I'd love to live in some US States. I wish I could drop shit like that here but if I asked someone like that he'd probably think I'm retarded, english is just cooler like that I mean we dont have that many analogies that are well known with the stoners etc.

If there is no big weed culture (compared to US etc.) your best try is to find out what groups of people are most likely to have some. For example over here its way easier to find a connect when I asked alternative people (as in the style? or music genre or whatever). It's way harder to find someone in my business classes . Anyhow, go where young people party or better yet chill, house parties are the best, big ones. You meet plenty of new people and when people come to chill and not to party in a club they are more likely to bring something to smoke. tldr: parties, clubs, young people, university (philosophy dept. etc. are better than other departments of the uni.)
Than you have to friend someone who does. Someone like that could take care of partying. A friend of mine did that some time ago, because he goes out a lot. But since you don't know anyone that doesn't work for now. How old are you? Shit you have to enjoy some kind of company? I mean reggae concerts? Or any kind of hip hop festival or weed festivals or anything?
Na man I'm in this town to work and that's all I do (15 hours a day), and the people I work with I have nothing in common with so meh.. I never had trouble scoring weed when I lived in the US. I would just be walking down the street thinking about weed and making eye contact with potential dealers and someone would ask me "trees?" and I'd be like hell yea and be on my way with a fat sack. That never ever happened to me here. I always got contacts through friends in my old town.
