Is it ok to use the metal grinder that came with the MFLB?

    It's a really small crappy grinder, but its all I got. Is it worth using? I heard it's dangerous because of metal shavings coming off or something. What should I do? :confused:

    give it a rinse, let it dry and its good to go. thats what I¨d do for a normal grinder anyway

    Try grinding a piece of paper to loosen any metal shavings first

    I'm using it, and I'm not dead yet:)
    Just clean it first and let it dry.
