My question is exactly like my title. One is white the other is orange. Can I spray these bitches or will it endanger my babys.
Use a water based paint. Scuff up the outside with sandpaper. Krylon makes a good all surface spray paint for plastics, metals, wood, etc. Just let them stay outside for a couple days to air them out. Are they going outside or in a tent/room? If inside, you might have of-gassing/fume issues, idk for sure though.
Black plastic and duct tape works well too. Line the inside of the bucket with platic on the sides and tack in place. Then fill with soil to hold in place.
