hey, just wondering if anyone could tell me if you can use a 400 watt balast with a 250 watt bulb. and how big should the hood be 1ft x 1ft or 2ft x 2ft? just purchased a set from ebay and for some reason looks smaller than what I expected. is it possible to change the hood? any input greatly appreciated.
Dont think so but, not 100% sure. I would just stick with the correct size unless someone says they have tried it successfully for a long period of time.
