Holla, im growing royal gorilla from RQS. Seedling is 8 days old from popping out. Is that leaf structure normal? Never seen smth like this

Im using soil that is made for growing. But it was in a empty smart pot for like 3 months. Is that maybe a problem?
empty pot that had a plant thats long gone...? but when it did have a plant in the pot is was fed regular like thus the soil 'could' ? be toxic trash soil and replace with quality stuff and 25% perlite imo: good luck
