CBD Tinctures Is it normal for a cbd tincture to make your throat itchy?

    When i swallow my tincture i almost always need to drink some water as it tends to make my throat itchy. Nothing crazy just a little scratchy feeling is this from the alcohol that may be presents or what? First time posting on here so i hope im doing this right. Thank you guys in advance!

    I put mine in yogurt with a little decarbed bud, 2hrs. before bedtime.

    Could be ur sensitive to plant based material. I’ve got a lot of allergies and the same thing happens too me.

    that could be it was just hoping this wasnt an allergic reaction or anything as ive never had one before

    Might want to try another CBD Oil with the same specifications to rule out the brand name. Im sure there are brands out there with suspect ingredients ie: contaminents, solvents, metals etc. If it happens with another brand of the exact same product, then its probably you that is sensitive to the oil.

    Do you know what that brand name uses as the carrier oil for the CBD?

    my apologies im just now seeing this the tincture i have says broad spectrum SUNMED and at the bottom it says NATURAL

    I see that this CBD tincture includes various terpenes for which you could be sensitive to them. You may want to try another CBD product that is free of added terpenes and see if you still have this reaction. You can also drink a glass of water after your swallow the oil to perhaps clear the oil from your throat.
