Im not a heavy smoker. Gram a day usually. Can go about 3 days without a smoke then I get anxious as fuck, Restless, edgy. It's not nice. I've stopped twice for 6 months and it doesn't go away so figure in aswell to just smoke
Sativa always makes me anxious just a bit and my head starts thinking all negative lol...but going without I tell myself this everyday like right tomorrow I'm not gonna smoke then I wake up n routine kicks in before I can think no smoke today lol... Sent from my ONEPLUS A5010 using Tapatalk
Stopped in January, feeling well, and got hired for a great paying job,. The first 18 days after quitting were hell, feeling very anxious and depressed. Took a month for mental powers to return to normal. Just my experience.. But I do miss it.
I'm happy with where I'm at. I feel like I found a good balance, I smoke a lot but I don't get mad or anything if I don't have it for an amount of time. If I go without it basically the only thing that happens is I sleep worse than I would've if I'd smoked.
It all has to do with how healthy your endocannabinoid system (ECS) is! When we use cannabis, our bodies get "lazy" because the plant cananbinoids can be used where your body's endocannabinoids are used. So, your body slows production of your endocannabinoids. The "withdrawal period" is the time it takes for your body to restart the normal production of your endocannabinoids. If your ECS is healthy, you may feel "off" for a day, or nothing at all, when you quit. If your ECS is weak, you may feel "withdrawal symptoms" for a week or more! Exercise tells your body to release endocannabinoids. So if you are quitting, EXERCISE! The "runner's high" is an endocannabinoid high! Granny
