Is It Legal To Sell Pipes?

    So I had this idea. I currently have a business license for my small catering company, so I could also use that to buy wholesale glass pipes over the internet for super cheap. If I got them shipped to my state, where they're legal to own and carry if there's no resin, could I sell them in the state? Brand new pipes.

    For sure. I've sold pipes on craigslist. Business licenses are for schmucks.

    As long as they are not sold as 'marijuana pipes'.   Just state that they are intended for legal purposes only and you are good.
