Is It Legal To Sell My Toro 7-13 Arm Mini Shrub And Sovereignty King Stemline Upgrid On Craigslist?

    I live in westchester NY and I've got an ad on craigslist for my Toro Mini Shrub and Sov King Stem... I wanted to know if i could run into any legal repercussions.

    Ok cool cause ive been pretty sketched out about this... and westchester is less than 45 min from NYC, so not particularly close to Albany.

    That's what I thought... yeah man you're good just make sure it's clean and if anybody asks it's strictly for tobacco use. It's 100% legal to own a bong for tobacco use. What makes it illegal is the weed resin

    Yup you're good I've sold multiple pieces on cl. Just don't mention or talk about weed at all, refer to it as water pipe and keep it clean. Really though cops aren't going to hit you up and arrest you for selling a bong on cl. I even traded an eighth of green to a chick off craigslist for a vape pen, you should be good

    No your fine. It's the same selling a tv, car parts, bed, bicycle, boat, etc etc
