Is it Legal to grow in New York State Yet 6 Plants?

What source is saying it's not legal? -Never mind, from what I've read on the control board website, it says they have 18 months from the first retail sale to set home cultivation guidelines before home cultivation will be allowed to start. Sounds like a load of horseshit to me.

The rules and regulations committee have not yet wriiten any laws to enforce home growing. So, all Law enforcement can do is take your plants. They cannot charge you with anything. It's still bullshit as the New law states effective upon signing. They added the 18 month bullshit because they knew they were purposely going to drag their feet to give dispensaries the time to recoup their investment. So this law was about the rich getting richer and had nothing to do with social injustice. If it did, they would have allowed home growing FIRST.

 

I think its still under one hundred plants and its not a fed offense or something like that, don't quote me

 

Last year the DEC and local police hit a upstate trailer park. They went through the park with a megaphone stating they are taking all plants. But, will make no arrests. I'm not sure how they knew folks were growing in the park. Likely some one that was against legalization. I was busted prior to the new law being signed back in 2019. They did take all my equipment and plants. I was formally charged and arraigned. But, was allowed to plea out because the law was so close to being signed. I still lost a few thousand in all my lights,tents and supplies. My brother has his medical card and has been allowed to grow 3 plants since Oct. of last year. I've been disabled for 21 years. NY state never wrote it into this law to give us automatic grow rights. We still need to go through all the BS to get permission to grow. Just another form of control and misuse of our states tax dollars.

how did they get away with that , even driving up in the park there would still need names on warrants, im not for or against legalization , i would never drop a dime on anyone that a choice over there own life.

law may prevent you from coming out in open to grow but it cant stop you,hahah there was a cat in prison that vegged a plant to 6 weeks before it was found hahah
if there was a snitch it was because they didnt get what they wanted for free

 

what they will do is watch your electric bill , they know times for veging and flowering plants, if you are on the radar they just simply brown out your electric every day and say there is over use around you , so it screws up your flower cycles

this why im not for or against
when you give them folks your life story to be able to grow , then they own you and your weapons are gone bro, do you see the pattern here , lets let them grow for there guns and when they get the guns then they really have you by the yang yang.
same for if you ever been to a hospital and they engraved depression in your skull , from there on you can buy weapons, there is always quid pro quo with uncle sam , the state level allowance is just a smoke screen for whats on the other side of the cloud, dont give them your life story , if they want it , make um dig it up all by there self
