I'm setting up a room with 1000w MH and a 4" outake fan attached to my carbon filter. My question is, is it important to suck air out through the top? Or can I have my outtake hole at the bottom of the room? I have osscillating fans to move the air around.
Exhaust hot air out of the top of the room. How big is your room? That 1000w light might need additional cooling, or dedicated ducting.
The space is about 4ft wide by 6 ft long and 8 ft tall. Will a small intake fan help? Or do we need to try something else to keep it cool?
You will need an air cooled reflector in that space, otherwise you are going to have to get a portable A/C and put it in your room.
