The reason you are getting grief is because you seriously asked if it was illegal to fail a drug test. I think my 13 year old sister knows that it is not illegal to fail a drug test.

I agree though that you should probably move out because I'm guessing trying to continue to smoke under your parents' dictatorship will be a little difficult. And no coming up positive on a drug test administered by your parents is not illegal.

Everyone in this thread is saying the opposite of what they did when they lived with their parents. Fucking hypocrites.

Here is some advice from someone who is in college, and still lives with his parents. That's right people, I did not save my money like everyone else on this forum did, and I do not have my own place.

So OP, you should continue smoking in the house, but only when your parents aren't home, or they're asleep, or you are 100% sure they won't bother you for awhile.
Don't fucking quit smoking.
