Is it dumb to grow outdoor and move to indoor like half day

    So the plan is to utilize the sunlight i do have wich is about 8 hours and then move to indoor also tp save on electricity do the next 4 to 6 hours indoor. Is this stressful on the plant ?

    More stressful on the grower to do every day. But if you can handle it, the plant will appreciate the sun and extra indoor lighting.

    Moving plants from inside/outside will be more of a pain to you! It will become an old routine fairly quickly plus the likelihood of snapping a branch or dropping a plant increases - ask me how I know lol
    Also keep in mind outside has pests and other conditions you should consider. Don’t want to bring some of those pests into an indoor grow !

    But if you’re able to get past that then go for it!

    I've been doing this. Planted one late in the season so I move it inside every night under light to keep it from going into flower and get more growth. When it gets big enough, I will just leave it outside to flower. If the weather gets bad and I don't get enough sun in October I might bring it inside under the light during the day, if needed.

    why not set up the lights outside?
